Upgrading to the last ember-cli-sass version. #498

This also upgrades node-sass, which fixes a number of bugs. Tests are all passing.

This project uses semver, please check the scope of this pr:

[ ] #none# - documentation fixes and/or test additions
[X] #patch# - backwards-compatible bug fix
[ ] #minor# - adding functionality in a backwards-compatible manner
[ ] #major# - incompatible API change

Updated ember-cli-sass dependency to 7.0.0.

This PR is being closed because we do not want to change the ember-cli-sass version at this time. It is planned to do this upgrade in an upcoming release as part of a larger coordinated effort.

Can you share any more information about this larger coordinated effort?
