Replace smoke-and-mirrors with Ciena's fork #135

Our fork was created to address https://github.com/runspired/smoke-and-mirrors/issues/145, for which https://github.com/runspired/smoke-and-mirrors/pull/155 has been submitted (not by the Ciena organization).

I would recommend updating to @html-next/vertical-collection (now re-exported by smoke-and-mirrors)
