Actualization of the tests, proper work with LTS-Haskell (3.2) #6

Changes:

Tests now represent (mostly) the modern TOML,
GHC 7.10.2 and LTS-Haskell 3.2 now successfully builds the package.

All of this needs to be tested on 7.8 but I think what it should work. Can you build the new version of the package with this changes? I want try to add it to the Stackage snapshot.

Sorry, I've been not paying enough attention -- my bad. I'll look into this shortly.

I merged you changes in. Thanks! I left the float-exponent fix out, because the other PR seemed to have a better fix for it.
