Add the automation build guides

• need to add the automation build guides or at least they should be documented in parallel to the work that has been done or is in progress. this will certainly help in addressing the technical debt and can be improved with early and thorough feedback.
• looping @jfmartinez4 for reviewing this issue to understand the workflow complexity and how it can be made even more easy for contributors to get started with.
