OPERATIONS covers over PLANNING and LOGISTICS, ditto for PLANNING covering LOGISTICS. There's no shortage of room, it would be better to have them push each other out of the way.

Or, just leave them open, the minimum size of the window is big enough to fit them all open anyways.

The same applies to horizontal spacing, the IAP dialog box can overlap with the dropdowns to the right.

Is there any reason not to just make the minimum window width a little bit wider, and then you don't have this issue at all?

Solved by removing the Ops/Plan/Log collapsible panels and replacing them with a single "Other Tools" panel that starts expanded by default.

This functionality was a holdover from SAR, which has a lot more section-specific tools
