Add Org Chart Role Background Colour

The background colour means something, but I'm not sure what, and having it turn red sometimes is confusing (the background of the role selector pulldown turns red when it's angry at your for trying to type in a non allowed name)

I've gotten rid of the background color on the dropdown boxes. the other background colors (green for command, red for support, orange for ops, blue for planning, etc.) are standard ICS colours based on the reports-to choice.
