What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select to capture page region
2. Scroll down the page below the first screen of content
3. Click and drag to select region

What is the expected output? 
Capture a region of the page below the first screen of content

What do you see instead?
Unable to see selection rectangle, or OK and Cancel buttons

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.4 in Chrome 18.0.1025.168 m on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Yes, I have noticed this problem as well.  As a software developer, I'd very 
much appreciate this being fixed.
