Cocos chill wand completely prevents new enemies from spawning. As if the time has frozen!

Love chill wand only freezes enemies that have spawned

when used in kr1 mobile, I can see the time has stopped on the wave icon .

Enemies from environments (trash, skeleton pile, volcano) should still spawn.
