Bonehart's abilities have too high of a target minimum #1515

Plague Carrier and Disease Nova should only have a minimum of 1 target for activation so that Bonehart is able to use them even when there are no other targets in range. Pros: He is able to more effectively fight single targets, which can be crucial to completing some challenges. He also is more free for player micro without this restriction on his skills. Cons: He doesn't hold the player's hand as much. However, like iOS Voodoo Doll, waiting longer for more targets sees less usage overall and results in lower damage output ultimately, so even this con is hardly a factor if at all.

Plague Carrier does not seem to have a minimum. The wiki appears to be wrong. I have seen it proc on single targets.
