kr2: Totem of Silence paired with Monkey Palm gives weird results #1533

The Earth Shaman is silenced by Totem of Silence, but when Saitam's Monkey Palm is used, he is un-silenced and is able to use his aura again. With only Monkey Palm, it is properly silenced.
