kr1 and kr3: Text is blurry #1587

Hello guys!

Very good game, however it's not really working on my setup. The text in the game is blurred everywhere, including tower descriptions and menu, and it seems to affect the text randomly, as in there is not a certain character or something that is causing the issue. I play the game on Steam, on Windows 10. This problem also occurs in both the original game and the Origins version.

In the attached image you can have a look at the problem.

PC Specs (probably doesn't matter but why not): AMD 5800X GTX 1080 G.skill 3600MHZ CL16 Windows 10

It specifically doesn't occur in KRF or do you just not have that game?

I do not own KRF, so I’m unsure. It does not happen in Legends of KR, however

I own KR and InGame: names, prices, upgrade descriptions image Main Menu: only quit font is blurred image Level Select: Hero names, Hero Description, select/deselect, upgrade names and descriptions, achievement names and descriptions, encyclopedia names and descriptions image

Which glyphs get rendered incorrectly seems tied to the aspect ratio of the resolution. I have not found a solution yet.

Following the DPI fix in the wiki did not work for me.

Strangely this was not an issue several weeks ago and started occurring about a week ago.
