Doing https://identity.access-ci.org/id-linking with an ORCID iD works for basic authentication, but it uses the opaque CILogon ID and doesn't load the user's ORCID iD value into the ACCESS User Database. COmanage has a dedicated https://spaces.at.internet2.edu/display/COmanage/ORCID+Integration that we may want to use.
