Mobile connectivity for KSPIV head #14

Works great OOTB with my phone's Wifi hotspot. Works great OOTB over USB with a Netgear M1. The M1 reboots over and over if you don't have the battery in it and if you leave the battery in without driving often, the battery will die and the unit needs a few minutes of charging before it works again.

Talked w/ KSPIV about this and they recommended using a USB 4G dongle instead of a chunky hotspot like the M1. I tried this one and it technically works, but I don't love it as it takes quite a while to boot, connect, and drop into the correct mode.

So long as I drive the truck at least once a week, the M1 is still the best option as connectivity is ready before the head itself finishes booting.

Keeping this open as I'm still looking for a solution that Just Works without a "if I jump through this hoop" clause.
