Amplifier fade doesn't work w/ KSPIV head #2

Balance (left-right) works fine, but Fade (front-back) doesn't work at all. Attenuating or muting the fronts in the UI kills all of the speakers in the vehicle and attenuating or muting the rears does nothing.

Got my hands on a wiring diagram today. The rear speaker wiring in the truck isn't even connected to anything. The front speaker connections run to the DSP which is pancaked with the subwoofer on top of the driver's rear wheel well. Fade is controlled by CAN signals to the DSP. Awesome.

Ordered a "new" DSP off of eBay today. Assuming everything works once it's installed, I'll start playing with fade as part of #12.
