Extruder stepper wiring pulls out on extreme moves #2

Right now it's a janky chain of short Dupont cables. Ordered some 2-meter JST XH cables which should be delivered this week.

Similar to #3, I should probably consider doing a Micro-Fit end on the extruder stepper for consistency with the other axes and do a Micro-Fit to to JST XH jumper inside the controller housing.

Replaced the horrible Dupont chain with one of the 2-meter JST cables today and while it technically works, 2-meters isn't long enough as I now have to keep the controller very close to the Y-rail and in the middle of the machine so it can reach both extremes. I haven't been able to find anything longer pre-made, so it looks like I'm going to have to make my own cables.

Made my own cables and no longer having any wiring faults. Next up -- drag chains -- #8
