Channel Stability in Monitor Mode (Kismet) #51

I am currently running 10 8812bu usb dongles. Each has its own port (no hubs). I am working towards 100. I am having issues with stability that seem related to channel selection. I am unable to specify a channel. When I do, it immediately reverts to scan mode, and scans all channels.

They are also crashing regularly. Like every minute or so. Sometimes in blocks, usually individually, but between that and the USB issue, it is becoming difficult to get the data I'm looking for.

Let me know what you need, and I'll get you additional information. I have gone through probably 20 different drivers between AU and BU chips (I have some of each) and this codebase seems to be the best maintained. I really like how you are cleaning it up. Hopefully this can be a fix that will make it in your roadmap.

Running Ubuntu 19.10, with your 5959 driver and running the latest build of Kismet.

Thanks!
