Add D-Link DWA-181-A1 to usb_intf.c #58

Bought one of these D-links today. Couldn't find a driver to make it work on Kernel 5.0 or higher. Yours would compile but not enumerate. Added the definition, and it's up and running. Thanks for having this available.

Nevermind, I see someone else has already issued a pull request for the same fix
