Change the role of level-window widget #11

It would be useful to change the role of the level-window widget so that the two fields accept min/max limits instead of level/window values.

Some GUI control should also be added using which you can switch between the two meaning. Moreover, a preference should be introduced so that the setting is saved between the executions.

The two fields were mixed up when setting the lower and upper bound on a property change.
