Feedback of the failure of changing the level/window #12

The level-window manager can refuse changing of the level/window values, but there is no feedback to the user from this, just the maximally/minimally allowed value is put back to the text field. This is quite confusing. Some message should be shown up. These info messages could be turned off by a preference.

I disabled the level/window slider beside the rendering windows. The user can adjust the intensity ranges from a view. WONTFIX
