Datamanager spelling #15

The "Data Manager" is spelled three different ways in the GUI:

In the title of the view: "Datamanager" In the title of the tree view column inside the view: "Data Manager" In the preference page title: "DataManager"

I think "Data Manager" is the best option.

Actually, the column header in the tree view should be disabled, since it is without purpose. A toolbar could be useful, however.
