Add extra vignettes for each tidyflow step #19

You've worked out examples from tidymodels and commented them out in the Rmd of this vignette.

The idea is for you to extend each of these examples into a separate vignette each one showcasing how to use different parts of the steps. For example, grid search, resampling, etc... You didn't write the links for each of these tidymodels examples in the Rmd but be sure to find them so you can cross link just as you did for the recipes Rmd.
