I learned how to do this on my own so may be useful for others. However, my instructions may be slightly incorrect as I saw this:

WARNING: main-dev contains a different version of ./setup-teslausb. It is recommended to run './setup-teslausb selfupdate' to update to that version

So feel free to adjust instructions further.

@j450h1 you might want to withdraw this pull request, since it is requesting to merge my entire branch into cimryan's, including all the commits that change references from cimryan to marcone which is not appropriate for this branch.
