API token vs plain text password for Tesla API #165

I don't know if this is the correct place to put this, Instead of putting username and password in plain text in the config file, can it be configured to run off the API token that can be generated as described in this forum? https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/tesla-login-token-generator.94069/

@cab211 Can you close this PR? For one thing, PRs are not the right way to file feature requests, but more importantly, this PR is requesting that the entire marcone branch is merged back to cimryan's, which is not the right thing to do.
