Clarify on how the current model support multiple control areas (e.g. TSO and DSO) in the same Model Authority Set (MAS). The model must also support Inter-area exchange that is separated from the concept of controlling the equipment. An example is the European Style market with multiple bidding zone inside a given TSOs control area - and the potential of having bidding zone (or EnergyCongetionsZone) that is shared amoung TSOs (or more general System operator).
