Add loop shortcut #4

Adds a loop shortcut to run through multiple reminder list at once and call reminders2calendar for each (solves #3).

@schaafjs the loop shortcut didn't work correctly. I've fixed it in latest version. Also introduced capability to have different RemindersName than CalendarName. The changes are backward compatible with old behaviour
