if the message is like "DCC SEND [AnS]Clannad-After_Story-14[DVD][704x396-XviD+Mp3][2B1C5E7D].avi 2001:49f0:a000:e:21c:c0ff:fe98:7981 59789 188755968" cinch can't get the ivp6 address
