Ignore bugsplat initilization if BugsplatDatabase has not been set #14

An exception is thrown if Generated.BugsplatDatabase is empty / the person building the project does not have the BugsplatDatabase environment variable set. I'm not sure if there's a better way to check to see if this should be initialized or not
