Use correct host subdomain. Fixes #38 #41

AWS requires region name as a subdomain. See https://github.com/cinely/mule-uploader/issues/38

First of all, thank you for all the contributions! Secondly, I'm very busy these days and it will take a while until I'm able to free some time for this project, maybe a few weeks. I will take a look at your PRs at some point though, and contributions are always welcome.
