Extending campaign usability issue. #1288

Another opinion expressed as a github issue...

Here's the screen shot form the confirm dialog i saw when i extended the timeline on an expired campaign.

reelcontent

My first thought when I saw this was that my campaign's budget was going to be changed to $0.00. Upon looking at the left side of the screen I reasoned that we're probably trying to say that the campaign's budget hasn't changed, but I think there's a better way to convey that. In the case where there's no change I'd consider leaving this out.. or showing the total budget and remaining budget info.

Not sure what this looks like when you actually are modifying the budget as I don't have any campaigns I can easily test that with.

@howardengelhart I agree, it makes sense to hide it if it's unchanged. If it is changed I believe it shows positive or negative values regardless of whether they have enough funds to run their campaign.

@sqmunson Unless @dhavaljani has any objections, I'd propose making that change prior to 1.43 going out to production.

@sqmunson @howardengelhart Agree...lets hide it if there is no change.
