Implement drag-in-window interaction in viewer #6

Clicking and dragging in the viewer window should scroll through some parameter. In the general case, left-to-right scrolling should scroll through phi and vertical scrolling should scroll through theta.

In general, it should be possible to assign any parameter to the scrolling
