Add standard window manipulation operations in UI (tabbed views, dragging windows to change placement, etc.) #72

Standard window manipulation operations should be supported in the Cinema UI. These include:

  1. tabbed views
  2. dragging views to change placement/layout
  3. closing views without destroying them (can they remain in the node graph, to be accessed later?)
