This PR adds a single atomic checkbox component rather than the multiple checkbox panel in #6.
There's several places in the design where we need single checkboxes so this is likely easier to work with.

Add single atomic checkbox component.
Change default storybook background to gray. Otherwise checkbox invisible. Add optional dark background.
Default to dark storybook background.
If we decide to keep the multiple checkbox panel it should be implemented as a separate component: perhaps checkbox-panel or just checkboxes, as the current singular checkbox implies that there's only one.
