this is great and thanks for explaining it very clearly. is there any option to pass/include a huge list of such values as CSV ?

@nanjum88 There is no option or feature to pass a list from my knowledge. The best way is to have a dynamic lookup table. I can't speak on behalf of Kibana; the most relevant issue https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/5009 is closed.
