[Bug] QQ频道防撤回不起效 #223

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

开启频道防撤回100%出现

Expected behaviour/预期行为

QQ频道内他人撤回消息会拦截并显示xxx“xxx”试图撤回一条消息

Actual behaviour/实际行为

没有任何与逾期行为有关的举动
