Automatic Scroll when new messages #265

Describe the bug

When new messages appear in a chat room or private conversation, the messager doesn't scroll down automatically, therefore, not making it able to see new incoming messages.

Reproduction

  1. Install Cinny Desktop
  2. Login on any Matrix client
  3. Ask a friend to send you friendly messages.
  4. See that the window stays static (not scrolling).

Expected behavior

When new messages arrive, the windows should scroll down smoothly / instantly (discuss in comments which behaviour).

Platform and versions

1. OS: Windows 11
2. Cinny version: v3.2.0
3. Matrix: steinanet.at
