Twemoji + MaxCDN no longer works #1073

Describe the bug

Per twitter/twemoji#580, MaxCDN no longer exists. This means that emojis no longer load.

Reproduction

Use any emoji.

Expected behavior

Emojis should load.

Platform and versions

1. OS: Windows 11
2. Browser: Chrome
3. Cinny version: 2.2.2 (app.cinny.in)
4. Matrix homeserver: matrix.org
