Str2Wstr don‘t support Chinese characters #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call KmzFile::WriteKmz  If File path include the Chinese characters function 
always returns false But the file is successfully created。

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0 XP

Did you run the unit test suite that comes with the project? Did all tests pass?
