some kmlbase tests missing in msvc/tests #97

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. download 1.0.0
1. File -> Open -> Project/Solution

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

See a flurry of error dialogs about these missing tests:
expat_parser, math_util, version, xml_element, xml_file, xml_namespaces

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
