"previous solutions" tab incorrectly refers to chars instead of rules when suggesting reduction

on level 2, i have a solution that uses 4 rules as my current best. when clicking "previous solutions", it shows:

Fewest Rules: 4 reduce rules to 40 or fewer to earn another star Fewest Chars: 48 reduce chars to 40 or less to earn another star

clearly that first suggestion shouldn't say "40".
