Closes Issue #1

Removed FASTQC, updated MultiQC and dumpsoftware modules.
Changed Input check scripts for samplesheets using VCF files.
Implemented the VEP module and added several VEP-specific parameters as nextflow parameters with reasonable default setting.
Run on a minimal vcf file to test functionality
Updated documentation
