IOS UBC Duplicated variables Quality_Flag:Phos #15

The following files present a duplicated variable Quality_Flag:Phos [IGOSS_flags]

We will rely on the first channel of the duplicated channels

This is already implemented as is. We can close that issue

The second Quality_Flag:Phos should be for Phosphate(inorg).

Oh right! Thanks @guanlu129, that makes a lot of sense. I'm I'm not too sure how handle those then

This is ow resolved the second Quality_Flag:Phos column will be renamed Quality_Flag:Phosphate(inorg) if it is following the variable Phosphate(inorg)
