[Issue]: IOS_CTD_Moorings two oxygen variables #59

Issue Description

The file sogn_20081120_20090305_0147m_L2.ctd contains two Dissolved:Oxygen with the same units but fairly different values in them.

I feel like one of them isn't appropriate and may not be included it within erddap.

One value seems to be more or less double the other image

Issue Solution

Ignore the second oxygen data or fix it at the source file.

Send this file back to our data analyst for a check. Will provide updates once I hear anything back.

Comments from the processing info in this file: The first column is the data that the Sonde collected and the second column is the data corrected for salinity issues and offset drift.

Also not some accuracy issues as the sondes polargraphic membranes were not the most accurate nor precise.
