This script compiles a list of all standard names used in all of our erddaps

At first I thought this would be useful to be able to map our most used CF names to EOVs. After playing with the CKAN API a bit (with some tips from @fostermh ) it seems we can get a CKAN record given an ERDDAP URL, and get the EOVs for the dataset programmatic that way
