this dataset was updated on the hakai ckan but is not updated in cioos pacific during harvest.

in the process of fixing some records, the datasets on both catalogues were cleared and re-harvested. need to find a new example dataset to test.

It seems that a change to a resource name or url does not trigger an update to a ckan dataset.
