Add Data Centre facet #157

This field will allow metadata editors to indicate which catalogue servers a record is intended to be included in.

For example, a DFO metadata record is created for a CTD dataset. As it covers both Pacific and Atlantic areas the editor would add both cioospacific and cioosatlantic to this 'Data Centres' list. Then the harvesters can query based on this field to pull relevant records down from national as needed.
