EOV mistmatch in ckan and CDE #193

There appears to be a mismatch between the number of records reported in CKAN vs CDE. An examples is 'Ocean Sound'. This is likely due to 'speed of sound' being mapped to 'Ocean Sound' which has been done in CDE but is still awaiting deployment in CKAN.

this appears to be resolved. numbers are still off in ckan from CDE because ONC does not populate there EOV's correctly.
