"Go to Index page" from wikipedia book export issue #37

"Go to Index page" from wikipedia book export leads to display of namespace part of url in article search field. (Probably better change to title instead of url, as url may not be human readable)

Fixed in 0.0.40 Set article search field to title instead of url. (Not only better because of namespace part, but urls may actually be completley different to titles, just by chance that currently availlable zim files use human readable urls)
