Landing pages useability issues #56

Landing page ( see also issue 38) in wiki has following disadvantages:

  1. Appearantly ssl certificate not known by nokia browser (untrusted certificate warning)
  2. Layout sometime strange (inclduing info about mark-up). Reason unclear.

Consider moving to other location for future release.

For wikionboard 2 release move to github gh-pages. Consider changing url in wikionboard 1 (for Symbian 5th).

Fixed for Wikionboard 2 in commit 173c1ed4912fef8b6d26c055769bc22e1e1a7a58 for ebook page. Fixed for Wikionboard 1 in commit 3522798612ad75db47f2a5181d36dc76414c0b9f for ebook and homepage page.

TODO: Consider adding homepage link to wikionboard about page.

Note: On belle github.com are accepted without prompting user. (But new web page is anyway nicer)
