Add image display support

cip / WikiOnBoard

Offline reader for zim files, in particular the wikipedia, for mobile devices. It is based on QT and zimlib. It is cross-platform and supports Symbian, Maemo, Linux and Windows based devices.

Add image display support #59

Added in version 0.0.12 Known limitations:

Switching display on/off not very userfriendly. (Menu item does not show whether enable/disabled, disabling does not remove images of loaded article)
More testing to be done. (I.p. regarding memory leaks)
