Add support for files > 2GB #60

Add support for files > 2GB for Symbian^3 (Note that file size is additionally limited by file system to 4 GB) For older Symbian (5th edition and earlier) files larger than 2GB cannot be supported.

At least on belle appearantly files > 2 GB (<4GB enforced by FAT32 anyway) work. Tested on: N8 Belle, 1.2.14, http://download.kiwix.org/zim/0.9/wikipedia_en_wp1_0.8_45000+_12_2010.zim (unsplit) (and 1.1.14, same setup)

AFAIR did not work on anna, but not sure which configurations tested exactly. For example: Perhaps issue fixed in qt 4.7.4 update? Unfortuantely this is more less impossible for me to test. Therefore keep specific error message also in WikiOnBoard and add info to wiki.
